The guys were nice and did a good job with repairing the leaks. However, low water pressure was one of the reasons I called, which was never addressed. I still have low water pressure. They cut 2 gigantic holes in the sheetrock wall and took out some tiles in the shower wall which left 3 huge open gaps. They should have put something temporary there, like a piece of plastic or something to prevent the water from the shower from going into the hole in the wall. For the amount I paid of over $2000.00, I'm not happy or satisfied.

Matt was so patient with us in discussing and diagnosing the problem. He also went the extra mile in ensuring that my parents understood what was happening and even laying some vinyl over the flooring for them. He was truly incredible. I left right before they finished the job and I had a few questions afterwards and he and the office staff were incredible responsive and patient.

We were extremely pleased with Matt C. He was very polite. Asked before he used anything. His explanations of what could be wrong, what he would have to do to fix it and options we would have helped us make our decisions. This is probably the first time we have purchased a membership from any company and probably would not have if it were not for the clear way Matt explained everything and made us feel comfortable with the membership. Devin and Anderson were very professional. They do not know I followed them in they followed the community speed limits I am tempted to break myself but it is a Sr living center. Workmanship and detail were 1st class while exhibiting proper care to mitigate potential damage to finished surfaces. Highly recomend MyGuy plumbing all the guys the hire keep high standards. New non emergency water heater done one day after reaching out.
