Crappy service!

The guys were nice and did a good job with repairing the leaks. However, low water pressure was one of the reasons I called, which was never addressed. I still have low water pressure. They cut 2 gigantic holes in the sheetrock wall and took out some tiles in the shower wall which left 3 huge open gaps. They should have put something temporary there, like a piece of plastic or something to prevent the water from the shower from going into the hole in the wall. For the amount I paid of over $2000.00, I'm not happy or satisfied.

Matt was so patient with us in discussing and diagnosing the problem. He also went the extra mile in ensuring that my parents understood what was happening and even laying some vinyl over the flooring for them. He was truly incredible. I left right before they finished the job and I had a few questions afterwards and he and the office staff were incredible responsive and patient.

Arrived on site customer stated that they have no heat. On previous visit found that the power wire for the relay box was loose, trimmed wiring and put back in place and everything worked for approximately 3 weeks. When pushing on the board it turns on and off so there is a loose connection on the board itself not the power wire entering the box. Recommend replacement of the relay box. Annual Plumbing Inspection completed. Hardness 3 PH 7.4 Pressure 43psi Chlorine .5ppm During the inspection I have located a few minor issues, home is on the smaller size, with only one full bath. All angle stops in the home are extremely hard to turn. There is one angle stop with an illegal compression tee fitting under the kitchen sink that feeds both hot water to the faucet and to the dishwasher. Under the bathroom sink, both shut off valves are hard to turn and the pop up assembly appears at on point it leaked, but there are no leaks at this time. Lastly, the dryer vent in the crawlspace has a huge trap from the flexible tubing. Customer has requested to have estimates built to resolve the issues located on the inspection.

Arrived to the home, customer stated that they have only lived in the home for two months and the home had been vacant for a while prior to them moving in. Ever since they moved in the water pressure has been very poor. Customer can not use more than one fixture at a time, if they do, the pressure drops to almost a trickle. The static water pressure in the home is standing at 65psi which is normal, but drops as soon as another fixture is being used. I diagnosed this issue as a valve not opened all the way or a potential issue with the water line from the curb stop to the home. I have found the curb stop valve, is located less than two feet from the homes foundation, and the tube is very rusted which pinholes. My theory behind this, is that the while the home was vacant the town maybe shut off the water under the window, now that someone now lives there, the curb stop is not opened all the way or broken. I advised to the customer to call the HOA to see what water company is their provid

Arrived to the home, customer has recently purchased their home, and there are a few issues with the plumbing. Home has been flipped, and the waterfall faucet in the master bedroom leaks from the handle whenever turned on. The existing faucet is of unknown brand and replacement is recommended with a more popular manufacturer. The toilet in the hallway has a crack on it, the vanity has a crack as well, lastly, the shower valve is also of unknown brand. I provided options to install customer products or also a toilet provided by MyGuy Plumbing. If customer calls back to have us perform any service quoted, we will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of that servic.

Arrived on site to perform members annual plumbing inspection. As we were inspecting bathroom at the top of the stairs we discovered that the we were able to completely tilt toilet from floor, not currently leaking. However, we recommend pulling toilet to asses condition of flange and make repairs if necessary. In the same bathroom under the lav sink we came across a shut off valve that has a slow leak and another that is tough to turn. Due to this we recommend replacement of both valves. In master bathroom we found that on of the shut off valves under the sink was completely seized and recommend replacing. While inspecting water heater we saw that the cold side did not have an emergency shut off and informed customer and offered to build estimate to add one. Customer would not like to move forward at this time, says that his son will come by and see if he wants to take care of issues.

Today we arrived on site to complete flushing of tankless along with doing our annual home inspection. For today custom we would not like to have home inspection completed they would just like to have their navies tankless flushed and the filter replaced. My guy plumbing replaced aqua pure filter along with descaling the unit. After the unit was descaling for 45 minutes my guy plumbing plugged the unit back in and ran hot water to ensure everything is working as should, as of right now everything appears to be working as should no issues.

Yesterday, we had recently attempted to replace the anode rod on the existing 40 gallon natural draft water heater. After the failed attempt, the client has called and stated that there is very little water pressure and the hot water is not hot. Client stated they had turned the ball valve back on and relit the pilot but the water throughout the home is still not hot. I arrived and drain water and discovered that there was large amounts of air in the system from the attempt of removing the anode rod, since you have to drain the tank to replace the rod. I ran all fixtures on the hot side only to remove all the air out off the system. The system had been air locked, with it being air locked, the system can not properly recover the heat on the system. I purged the system of air and there is not very hot water going throughout the home. I also reshifted the after heater back in it place since it was moved slightly from attempting to remove the anode rod. No 39$
